Subscription and Billing

• InstantSam Pro, $29.99 per month.
• Billed monthly, on the same day each month, starting the day you subscribe.
• Includes unlimited saved searches, alerts, amendment tracking, pipeline and award outcomes.
• Includes up to 25 solicitation document analyses per month.
• There is a free tier. It does not expire and it does not convert into a paid plan by itself.

Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Where tax applies it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your subscription renews automatically every month at $29.99 until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

You agree to recurring charges when you subscribe, by an action you take yourself. We do not use pre-ticked boxes, and we do not enrol anybody in a paid plan who has not entered payment details and confirmed the price and the interval on the same screen.

We keep a record of when you subscribed and what was shown to you at the time.

We email you a receipt after every charge, and a reminder once a year setting out what you are subscribed to, what it costs, how often you are billed, and how to cancel.

You can cancel at any time, yourself, in the same place you subscribed. You never have to email us, call us, or speak to anybody to stop paying.

If you subscribed on instantsam.com, cancel from your account page. It takes one click and takes effect immediately.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Apple processes that subscription and we cannot cancel it for you.

If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in your Google Play subscription settings, for the same reason.

Your account page shows where your subscription was purchased, so you do not have to remember.

When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. That is a separate action, on the delete account page.

Payments made on instantsam.com are processed by Stripe. InstantSam LLC is the seller. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe holds it and gives us a token that lets us charge the card you authorised.

Payments made in the iOS app through Apple In-App Purchase are processed by Apple. Payments made in the Android app through Google Play Billing are processed by Google. In those cases the store handles billing, renewal and refunds under its own terms.

If a charge fails, we retry it over the following few days and email you. Pro features stay on during that window. If it has not succeeded after fourteen days, the account drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted, and paying again restores Pro immediately.

Store subscriptions follow Apple and Google grace period and account hold rules instead.

If we raise the price of a plan you are on, we will email you at least thirty days before the new price applies, and it will only ever apply from your next renewal, never retroactively. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before that date and you will not be charged the new amount.

We will not quietly change the price of a plan and hope you do not notice.

Web subscriptions carry a seven day refund on the first charge, no questions asked. The full terms, including how Apple and Google refunds work, are on the Refund Policy page.

If something has gone wrong with a charge, email support@instantsam.com first. We would rather refund you than argue with your bank, and it is faster for you. If a chargeback is raised we may suspend the account while the bank decides.

Anything about a charge, a receipt, a refund or a cancellation goes to support@instantsam.com. We aim to answer within one business day.
