Scope of Work

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), requires the purchase, delivery, and installation of ceiling mounted overhead patient lift systems for the VA Lecanto Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at 3949 West Gulf Lake Highway, Lecanto, FL 34461. The lifts will be used by Primary Care and Radiology staff for safe patient movement to and from treatment tables.

• PACT Exam Large, Room D109 (1 unit), Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
• General Radiology, Room K101 (1 unit), Radiology Service
• Ultrasound, Room K102 (1 unit), Radiology Service
